		<description>I have no problem with retiring 9 for Adam Graves.  However, the Rangers do not seem to have any memory from before 1970.  If they are going to retire number 9 what about also retiring it for the great Andy Bathgate.  Also while they are in the process of retiring numbers how about number 3 for Harry Howell, who was next to Graves when Leetch made the announcement?</description>
